It is important to “Begin Well and End Well” no matter what you are doing. When you end well, you get to reflect on all the events objectively without being controlled by your intense emotions. Take a moment to think of all the people whom you have encountered over the year, then forgive, accept, heal and love yourself and others. You will end with an appreciation for the people who are involved in your life.
